My mouth is seriously watering writing this post. I shared on Facebook recently, Mushrooms are my favourite food of all the foods. I love them. I’m obsessed with them even.
Let me tell you a few things I know. They’re not a fruit or vegetable. They’re packed with good stuff; they’re easy to add to foods – and even hide them from your kids, they’re rich in vitamins, folate and minerals, and they’re a bit of a superfood.
They also go awesome with cheese, garlic and butter.
I’ve gathered a whole heap of recipes that I’m going to be trying over this summer, because {in case you didn’t know} I LOVE MUSHROOMS.

I’m working with Australian Mushrooms to share the mushroom love. You can check them out here.
I put mushrooms in just about everything, they are the best for absorbing flavours, my favourite is a touch of chilli oil with mushrooms and spicy eggs for breakfast.
.. I would have all these ideas for using Mushrooms.. I use them a lot in our everyday food.. we love them .. xxxxx
