  1. One of my besties just arrived back from looking after her Mum in Tasmania and she's here for 10 days before flying to London. It was so good to see her – we had hot chocolate at the Lindt Cafe and will be catching up over lots of drinks and dinners before she leaves x

  2. After two long days at work (damn you end of financial year and massive sale starting at the same time), and having to drop Sadie off at her nanny and Poppy's early and arriving home in the dark, what has made me smile is being able to sit down and have a proper breakfast with her rather than eating crumpets in the car. 🙂 smiles all round.
P.S. Can't wait to see Toy Story 3 we are hoping for no rain on Saturday night to see it at the Drive Ins. That makes me smile too

  3. a 4am wake up call and sweet giggles from my little lady penelope,my morning cup of tea, my red scarf and the car heater warming my toes on the way to work…oh, and also our delightful (and often naughty) miniature daschund named 'slinky'…

  4. Listening to the rain in bed early this morning. Hubby taken children for a surf, so there was just peace -no noise just me my flannelette sheets and the rain 🙂

  5. Awwwwww peas in a pod!!! My man and puppy have made me smile today. Getting the washing out of the way has also made me smile 🙂

  6. My smiles came from …… a cold day + indoor play centre = too many hot chocolates but …. tired and happy kids. Cassie x

  7. Seeing my little Master Two getting so excited about going to sleep under his brand new quilt for the very first time. He's growing up 🙂

  8. I'm with Lorraine@ Not Quite Nigella. That picture is just waaay too cute!!! It honestly made me smile for the first time today (not been a great one) Thanks for the smile : )

  9. I love scattergories too. 🙂

The bebito saying, “merci beaucoup” and giggling like crazy at how it sounds after I taught him to say it today. So darn cute.

  10. Convincing my friend to buy the most beautiful red shoes ever, she was so excited to try them on, it felt as good as being the one doing the buying!

And spending the whole day just me and my 5 month old while his big brother, my 2 year old was out with Nanna…That was lots of fun
