Feel Good.

I

stumbled across an email that I got way back in the year 2000 {did we even have email back then?}. I’d printed it out and kept it in my little box of things that make my happy. It was one of those group emails that get sent round and round and round, so it’s more than likely you’ve had it in your inbox at some stage too. It’s a list of things that make you feel good. I’ve found some pretty pictures to go with a few of my favourites…

falling in love

hearing your favourite song on the radio

getting mail

milkshakes

bubblebaths

swinging on swings

laughing so hard your face hurts

pretty painted nails

having someone play with your hair

friends

What makes you feel good?

  1. Giggling at recollecting saved emails. I have love poems via email that were sent to me by my lovely husband via a very antiquated work email system, way back when in 1996. Printed out. They make me happy.

  2. The first day of holidays, doing something I didn't think I could do,early morning, vietnamese rice paper rolls, wearing new clothes for the first time.

  3. my trip planning… my very first overseas trip at the ripe ole age of 35 🙂 and the thought on a cold fall night in 5 months i will be snuggled in my authentic B&B in Connecticut… Can't wait… by the way … I am love your blog… falling in love more and more each day… 🙂 and of course goes without saying love love photos… that is what makes me smile

  4. Going on an plane. Landing somewhere cold. Waking up in my own time. The smell of fresh lavender bushes in Adelaide. The smell of the beach in Adelaide. Cold cheeks. When Tayah is going to sleep she strokes her hands on my face and plays with my hair. When she tells me she loves me…..thats my fav.
