    I have no idea where my motivation has gone, but surely my massive muffin top is motivation of some sort?!

  2. Congratulations on losing one kilo! That's super.
    I'm still excerising the same as last week, but I didn't get to do as much Yoga as I would of liked. I lost 2.3kg and am super happy with that. I also feel alot fitter. My for this week are:
    1. to keep walking and jogging
    2. lose at least 1kg
    3. eat more fruit

  3. You're doing so well! keep it up!! particularly if that's with no exercise 🙂 Congratulations on your result last week too – that was amazing.
    I on the other hand didn't do personal training on saturday (too windy) and didn't go to the gym today (too tired). I endeavour to make the 6.15am hot yoga class (to make up for the 2 mini kit kats i had and my ham & cheese toasted lunch).

  4. Good goals Telle, great weight loss too.

    My goals for the week are:
    1. stay motivated to exercise, I lost it a bit over the weekend
    2. eating good bandwagon too, had a bit of a slacken off in general over the weekend actually.
    3. finally weigh in with my PT on Thursday.

  5. I am really proud of myself, we've had party's and therefore party food/cake and I have resisted temptation, although I did have pizza for dinner on Sunday night. This morning it looks like I've lost a kilo.

    Goals for this week:
    Include more exercise
    Drink more water
    Cut down on snacks (even if they are healthy ones)
