We’ve been slowly packing away baby things of Lacey’s that she’s grown out of, or is too big to use anymore. One thing that has recently been shelved is her Bumbo. I didn’t really know much about these baby seats until Lacey was a few months old. I sent Hubby out to pick one up. They’re hard to find. Many stores sell out quickly.
He found one at a baby store and snapped it up. It came in so handy. It was great to feed her in. I used it every morning in the bathroom as I showered. It kept her in one place, and pretty content too.
The Bumbo is definitely one thing I couldn’t have lived without. Well, I could have, but it certainly did make life easier.
I’ll second that! We had 2 with the bebes and I even fed them in it sometimes, sit down on the floor and do it. They weren’t in a hurry to get moving as they had constant entertainment with each other so it got them sitting up finally and they would sit there next to each other watching telly like an old couple watching the two ronnies. Super cute.

I agree! I put Evie in hers in the far corner of the kitchen (away from the hot stuff etc) and she is contained and is happy to watch what I am up to… much safer than leaving her in the living room with her big bro! I never used it much with my 2 year old, but couldn’t do without it this time around.
What a coincidence! I just gave ours – also lilac – to our neighbour today for her to use with her littlie now our smallest (and last…oh yes) is sitting alone. Both girls loved it and I plan to pass it on to every new mum friend of mine (I suspect it is virtually indestructible!)
I think these are amazing and I’m definitely going to invest in one when I have second! She looks so sweet in it!
