Oh So Happy Mail News

Hello!

I hope your Monday is going well. Mine started off with me wearing my dress inside out to the shops, which I only realised when I was being served, with a line of people behind me. It was a red face moment.

I have a little bit of Happy Mail news for you. I’ve said it about a gazillion times, but I’m really loving this project. I’ve sent off my mail, and I’ve been stalking the #theohsohappymail hashtag on Instagram. Some beautiful mail has been sent around the world.

I also emailed all the children penpals this past weekend with their partners. Hopefully you all have an email sitting in your inbox from me.

I will be opening up another partner callout for adults this week, so if you missed out last time or even if you’d like to play again… please stay tuned for that {it will be done around 7am AEST so hopefully everyone has a fair chance of getting in}. I open it up to 500 people each round.

I also created an Oh So Happy Mail Group, in case you feel like joining. Just click here.

Lastly, I designed some cards, and had them printed on beautiful stock and I made up some Oh So Happy Mail Kits. I am so nervous about this, which I think happens when we do anything creative. I am hoping to do it regularly. Maybe. I don’t know. I am SO nervous.

Each pack includes 5 cards {a mix of folded cards and postcards}, 5 envelopes {4 white and 1 handmade by me using beautiful magazine pages} and a goodie bag of stickers and decorations.

So if you like Happy Mail and you want to grab a set, you can jump over to my store and grab one. They’re $21 each {Australian} including postage within Australia, or it’s an extra $5 for postage around the world.

And that’s it. I hope you’re wearing your clothes the right way today. I hope!

  1. Fab idea, and good on you for doing something that makes your tummy flutter! It means its important to you and so I know it will be a success!! Go you, lady!

  2. I don’t think you are really a Mumma until you’ve been in public in inside out clothes, or your PJ’s (secretly hoping they don’t like like PJ’s). YAY for the stationery line, you are so creative and awesome <3

  3. The kits look beautiful 🙂 Well done!

My mum once went out for dinner wearing a new pair of pants…with the size sticker still on the front. You know the one that says 14 14 14 14 14 14 all down the leg. It was at Sizzler too, so she’d been up and down to the salad bar a few times before we noticed ?

  4. Years ago I went out with two different shoes on and they did not match even the slightest. I didn’t notice till about 2 in the afternoon. I’ve been grocery shopping with my tshirt inside out. My best one those was a couple of weeks ago. I got a new job and they rang to let me know and ask me to drop in to sign the paperwork to accept the job. Well I dropped in, with my dress on inside out – I had no idea till my new boss told me.
