Healthy Jaffa Bliss Balls {A Thermomix Recipe}

Ingredients

100g dates, pitted

100g sultanas

100g cashews

1 1/2 tablespoons cacao

Rind of one orange

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into the Thermomix bowl {or blender if you don’t have a Thermomix}, and blitz at speed 6 for 15 seconds {they should be combined and sticky}. Roll into small balls.
