FAQ.

I’m starting to get a few emails rolling in with questions from people about the App, or around issues that people are experiencing. Please find below some answers to your questions. If your question or issue isn’t listed below, feel free to get in touch at [email protected]

Is the App available for Android?

At this stage the App is only available for iPhone and iPad. If you’d be keen to see the App your phone please sign up here so we can keep a tally of numbers.

I can’t download the FREE or in-App purchase packs. Help!

You can check a few things to resolve this issue:
1. Check that in-app purchases are enabled {it’s in the Settings app}.
2. Check that you have an internet connection. You can’t download without one.
3. Turn your phone off, and then back on again.

The Little Moments App keeps crashing when I use it, why?

This is usually happening with iPhone 4/4S. Here’s a few things to try:
1. Close other apps you have running {double-tap Home button and swipe up over each app to close them}.
2. Power off and re-start your phone.
We’re looking into this one, so if this doesn’t work please email me and let me know with more details {the device you’re using and the exact issue you’re experiencing}.

I can’t see the Fab Four in the App. Why?

We use Flickr to generate those images and over the weekend they changed their API and a few Apps weren’t aware of this happening, and that’s why that screen is blank. The team are fixing that issue, but it takes Apple about 6 days to approve any changes in an App so it won’t be visible until next week. When I put text on my photo, part of it disappears. What’s happening?

This is another teething problem we’ve found with the App. We’re working on a fix for this.
