Blog Books: 6 books you need to grow your blog

Blog Books: 6 books you need to read to grow your blog

How long has it been since you walked into a book store?

There’s a small book store I love close to home, and sometimes I walk in just to smell it. It’s childhood right there.

And now you think I’m weird, don’t you?

Today I wanted to share 6 books for bloggers. Some I’ve read. Some I’ve just ordered, and can’t wait to immerse myself in. I love reading about blogging, and how other people attack it.

The Badass Blog Planner: Your guide to defining your purpose, creating clarity, and building a year of killer content. I’ve just ordered this one, so I’ll report back once I’ve read it.

Epic Blog. Stationery addicts, you’re going to love this. Is a one year planner/diary type book for planning out content. Again, another one I’ve just ordered. I shall report back.

Blog Inc: Blogigng for passion, profit and to create a community. This one I have at home, and although it’s a few years old now, it’s still relevant, easy to read and inspiring as well.

365 Blog Topic Ideas: For the lifestyle blogger who has nothing to write about. If you get stuck for content ideas, this one is for you. 365 ideas to spur your creative side on.

31 Days to Build A Better Blog {eBook}. This is one of the first blog books I read, and it’s a good one to start with. I highly recommend not jumping ahead but taking each day as it comes and implementing each step.

Unleashing the Idea Virus {eBook}. Anything by Seth Godin is worth reading. It will change the way you think about people.

Have you read any of these? Or read another great one that should be on the list?

  4. Hey Chantelle, Great list!! I ordered the EPIC BLOG Editorial Calendar when it was released last year – I can confirm it is amazing, and so, so helpful – it is honestly my bible. I use it for tracking client posts/campaigns etc (I have set up my own social media company). I love anything by byRegina.com though 🙂 Have a great week! x
