Bake Sale Food: Unicorn Bark Recipe

Over the weekend we had our netball bake sale, and I love a reason to get baking. Plus because I play netball for a different club, I can’t physically man the canteen or do other duties… so I like to make up for it by baking a WHOLE lot. I did about 8 recipes, mostly double batches and delivered them, hoping they make a bit of money for the club.

This one was particularly a big hit, and it was the easiest to make. I popped it into little sealed bags that I got from our local bargain shop.

Unicorn Bark Recipe


2 blocks {200g} white chocolate, melted

1 packet of Shimmery Jelly Belly Jelly Beans

1/4 cup fancy sprinkles {mine are from Melt}

1/3 Wilton coloured chocolate melts, melted {you can get them from Big W}


1. Line a tray with baking paper. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the tray. Place blobs of the melted colour chocolate throughout the white chocolate and swirl to mix in.

2. Sprinkle with the Jelly Belly Jelly Beans and the sprinkles. Place in the fridge to set for an hour.

3. Crack into pieces and enjoy!
