Bake Sale Food: Unicorn Bark Recipe
Ingredients
2 blocks {200g} white chocolate, melted
1 packet of Shimmery Jelly Belly Jelly Beans
1/4 cup fancy sprinkles {mine are from Melt}
1/3 Wilton coloured chocolate melts, melted {you can get them from Big W}
Method
1. Line a tray with baking paper. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the tray. Place blobs of the melted colour chocolate throughout the white chocolate and swirl to mix in.
2. Sprinkle with the Jelly Belly Jelly Beans and the sprinkles. Place in the fridge to set for an hour.
3. Crack into pieces and enjoy!
