mmm I'm a huge cookie fan! I make my cookies with nutelex low fat marg and muesli and dark choc chunks…i figure the low fat marg counteracts the dark chocolate!

Corrie – I wouldn't even worry about the dark chocolate. I think there is medical proof that it's good for you. I'd say you're practically eating the equivalent of an apple there. 😛
