Hello! I just wanted to let you know that I’ve turned off the Disqus commenting system here, and it’s back to good old blogger. Disqus wasn’t working the way I’d hoped, so I thought I’d go back to what I loved in the past {the blogger commenting system}.
The problem with that is that I lost all the comments from everyone over the past few months. I still have all the giveaway comments in my email, so I’ll pick a winner from there soon.
Thanks to everyone who commented in the past few days. I was hoping to get back to commenting on your comments today… but now they’re… gone.

I have to admit I did try to leave a comment several times yetsterday and it would not send… I ended up giving up
Although blogger may not be as flashy it is reliable!!
Yay! I am so glad. I really don't like disqus and it kind of puts me off commenting on blogs that have it. Totally agree with Lisa 🙂

I am pleased you made the switch back, I often tried commenting and after three or four times gave up – though sometimes it worked first go.

Disqus was terrible, wasn't it? In the end it was why I migrated to WordPress.
Love that you're back on blogger – not a fan of the disqus commenting system at all!
Oh thank goodness. Disqus just takes an age to load, you have to log in every single time. I don't mind blogger, it's nothing fancy, but it's there… if the commenter has their email on their profile you can always get back to them that way (although, I'm hopeless at emailing, regardless of the comment system!). Welcome back. x
Thank god. It would never let me comment anything.
I even created an account so it would let but still nothing.
Hopefully now you'll get tones of more comments.

I'm glad you switched back. I wouldn't mind Disqus except that they don't allow Google login (Blogger accounts are Google accounts). They had so many other available login options, but no Google!
I think it's a good move Telle – I prefer this system.
Hooray! I'm so glad. I've gone to comment on several of your posts lately and just couldn't find the comments at all. So much happier now we're all back together. 🙂
