Yay Erin!! These looks amazing and I’ll be whipping these up when on holidays over the next two weeks. The kids will love them and I know my Dad will flip for them too. Jx
Thanks Jess. Awesome, hope the fam like them! x
O lord these look good! I love Mango, it is my favourite fruit. Thanks for the recipe. x
I only started eating mangoes 2 years ago {maybe 3} and I am so sad for all those years I missed out!
These look great! We are mango farmers up here in Far North QLD so I’m always on the look out for mango recipes at this time of year!
I might move in, ok?
When I grow up, I want to be a mango farmer!
Welcome Erin! These look so yummy and simple, I really relate to over stocking the house with mangoes and then pushing them on to fellow colleagues in a panicked mango frenzied state. Thanks you for the wonderful idea? Can’t wait to see what you come up with next! Xx
Thanks Isabelle, so happy to be here!
Oh my gosh these look so yummy!! My 4 year old is quite picky so do you think all the ingredients could be mixed together??! 😀 Thank you for this awesome recipe. I will be buying the ingredients today!!
Absolutely. Just blitz them altogether and freeze. 🙂
Absolutely agree with Chantelle! Just whizz it all up. YUM.
Oh my gosh I made these earlier today and just gave one to my 8 year old and he said I should put it in a tub (like ice-cream) and sell it at the shops!! Haha He is quite the little entrepreneur!! 😀 The 4 year old however didn’t like the taste so I will try him with the ones that are all mixed together. Thank you for such a yummy and healthy recipe xx Great job 🙂
Yay Simone. We’ll have to get working on the 4 year old!
Wow this is amazing ! I love a fresh easy receipe. We will be making these up tonight!
I juts got given a bag full of Cook Island Mangoes… and was thinking what am I going to do with these… so I will be giving this a try first thing in the morning… Thanks Erin and Chantelle… 🙂

Hello Erin! What a delicious, easy recipe. Love new ideas for using fruit in the summer. Thanks! =)
Great recipe. I adore Erin’s blog.
Do you think you will be running Clever Cookie again?
Thanks Nicole, so kind of you x
I made some strawberry ice creams last night using the same ingredients. I am currently eyeing off my tray of 20x mangoes and waiting for them to ripen. I think i too will then become a pushy ‘eat more fruit’ person 😛 x
That pop recipe sounds sooooo delish. I will be looking for the moulds & whipping them up. Thanks to Erin… very simple & quick!!
Oh delicious! Perfect to use up all those mangoes in my fridge!
