Howdy!

UPDATE: We’ve got another 30 DAY STEP CHALLENGE kicking off today, if you feel like joining us. You just need a device that counts your steps {iWatch, FitBit, Jawbone, MissFit, Garmin etc etc} and to head over to our Facebook group to get details on joining. We use MatchUp which syncs with your device each day to make it easy, and inspire you to get moving. It doesn’t matter if you don’t win – I won’t, that’s for sure – but it will push me to do more steps every day and that’s an awesome thing, plus the community is so supportive, and I love that. Everyone is welcome to join.

So, today I sent out my newsletter and asked if anyone wanted to join me in a nice space online where we help each other live better lives. My inbox is now overflowing with lots of lovely emails with people who are keen to be involved. Maybe you’d like to join us too?

I’ve done dieting programs to death, and somehow they end up making me feel worse than I went in. They’re just not for me. I just wanted a space so I can feel accountable, supported and inspired.

I’m not sure what this will look like, or how it will work, but I think we all just hang out like girlfriends do. I know that I’ll be more inspired to hit my 10,000 steps a day if I know my other mates are doing the same, or striving for their own goals.

I don’t know what a better life looks like for you, or what goals you want to hit. It could be losing weight, improving your fitness, getting more organised, or reducing stress. Let’s get together, chat about it, share tools and make good stuff happen.

  1. So keen for this. My bestie and motivation buddy moved from Melbourne to the Northern Territory a few months ago and now that the sun is peeking out again, I’m really feeling it. Love this gang!
