Do you ever open up your wardrobe and notice that it’s mostly filled with the same colour? For me, it’s black. Everything is black. There are hints of colour here and there, but I’m sucker for black dresses, tops, cardigans and shoes too.
On February 20th {mark it in your diary} Chanel’s must-buy nail polish Black Pearl hits cosmetic counters around the country. I’m not sure if it would go with my ghostly white skin, but it looks good on the model below.
If black ain’t your thang, Pantone has released it’s fashion colour report for Fall 2011. Pantone says, “For over 17 years, Pantone, the global authority on color, has surveyed the designers of New York Fashion Week and beyond to bring you the season’s most important colour trends. This report previews the most prominent hues for fall 2011.”
You’ll find a few tones that will add a pop of colour to any wardrobe. My favourites {which is probably no surprise to you all} are emberglow + honeysuckle.
