  1. I could not stop laughing – I know these stages well! Glad everything worked out in the end though 🙂 congrats on everything in your life progressing (and progressing well!) and for being happy! *happy bum-wiggle*

  2. I heard via SMH during the week there is a new thing that when your visitors get a “404 page not found” that underneath you can volunteer to have a pic of a missing person from your country on there to highlight their family’s plight and renew calls for information. A bit like the picture’s on the milk cartons they used to have in the USA.
Just a thought that you may like to look into – turn your frustration into something that may help another?

  3. Congratulations on your REMARKABLE news! and also glad to hear you got your blog back up and running, and it seems you were still able to have a most productive day, even if it wasn’t how you thought the day would pan out 🙂

  4. I got that message yesterday and I thought it was me but pleased to see you are up and running again and congrats on the Remarkables

  5. Thankyou for my prize I won in the September giveaway a $200 voucher at eeni meenii miini moh, love it! Exciting news on your blog, I love reading your blogs each day.

  6. Congrats on the Remarkables news! That’s wonderful!
I made a dinosaur cake for my baby brother last winter (yes, he turned 20! lol) but I’m not good at decorating, so everyone said it looked more like a blue version of Kermit the frog 😀 What kind of fillings did you put into the unicorn cake? I’m looking for new ideas..

  7. tell me you did not make that cake! wow! unfortunately my blog has decided to play games this morning just before 10am so I had 1 hour to panic and pull my hair out and hopefully when I go to sleep tonight it will be fixed!!!
    Corrie:)

  8. Congratulations…..never let anyone ever tell you that you are anything other than amazing. I hope your new life up the coast is everything you ever dreamed of for you allxxxx

  9. Wah! Major blog withdrawals, I’m imagining! Sounds like some awesome quality time came out of that outage. 🙂 The move with The Remarkables group sounds like a wonderful move for you, congratulations!

  10. My blog was shut down by my server a few weeks ago because it was slowing their servers. Yes, they shut it down without any warning and without any offer of solution. I’m glad you moved to a dedicated server. I still can’t afford that right now so blog maintenance it is for me. The cause was apparently too choked up spam folder!

  11. I dream about having an office. It’s a sign of extreme narcissism that this was my first thought.

I’m so excited for you. It’s a lot of change. But I just know it’s just all the foundation for amazing things.

  12. I remember one time when we lost our internet connection for almost a month and I can’t blog using just the 3G connection in my phone, that incident made me realized how attached I am to the internet. I went through those phases you mentioned and I was actually able to get stuff done. I almost finished knitting a cardigan and was able to finish a book. But when the internet was back, my blogging mojo was lost. It took editing my blog’s theme for me to get back into blogging.

I’m glad your blog is back. I get really antsy when my blog is down.

  13. Congratulations to you! That’s such exciting news:) And I’m so glad your site is up and working again. That cake is adorable. I bet Lacey loved it x

  14. Congratulations! On your blog being fix and on your fabulous news! how stressful to loose your blog! Very glad it was found!

  15. Congratulations on your news! And just wanted to let you know that you are not alone when your site goes down. I go into an absolute blind panic and if I can’t fix it myself then it’s obviously someone else’s fault not something I may have caused! It always involves a lot of disbelief, swearing and blame throwing – thankfully it doesn’t happen very often and usually ends with me being smug and saying ‘See, I told you I could fix it’ – it’s a horrible process 😉

  16. Wow its amazing the things you can do when your not tied to a computer! My daughter love love loves your cake! I wish I would have seen this last year when she had a my little pony party! Now she wants to make a cake like yours but in blue not for a party though just for us 🙂

  17. That cake is AMAZING! Maybe your blog should go down more often. You seemed to be pretty productive in the down time! My hosting company is awesome and so I just pick up the phone and call the directly, whatever time of day it is. There’s only a couple of people in the office so they know me well now.. haha

  18. How do you keep the creative thoughts coming? Sometimes with my own blog I find myself literally without anything to say !! Where do you get your inspiration, what pushes you when you really would rather sleep for the day?
