Point & Shoot.

I

finally saw Sex and the City last night. I can’t remember the last time I saw an adult type movie, or a movie without a toddler in my lap. I honestly can’t.

This was taken before the movie, during the previews… so don’t worry, I’m not ruining anything. Unlike the person who let fluffy off the chain throughout the whole movie. Eeeek. {Wasn’t me}.
I’ll share my thoughts on the movie {without spoiling it for anyone} later on in the week. I hope if you’ve seen it you’ll share your thoughts with me too. But now, let’s move on to Point & Shoot. I can’t wait to see what you saw this past weekend. Hopefully it involved at least a little bit of sunshine… because boy-oh-boy Sydney has had some rain lately. It’s getting a bit depressing, don’t you think?

  1. Heh heh all I can think is that the person *ahem* 'airing their thoughts' must have been a disgruntled boyfriend/husband who really did NOT want to be there. I can picture his partner glaring at him throughout and giving him hell in the car on they way home!! LOL!!
I guess considering I havent seen the first movie yet, I probably wont be in a huge rush to see this one.
Gosh – a grown up movie….cant really remember what they are like throught the Dora and Chipmunk haze…..

  2. How good is it to be able to watch a movie, anything, in one sitting and not being interrupted by spilt juice, sticky fingers or nodding off!
I saw it on Saturday night and LOVED it, sure there was an overdose of silly and the bottle of wine we drank through it probably helped but the three of us that saw it, walked out happy us can be.
Can't wait to hear your thoughts.

  3. Wow! A grown up movie in a grown up cinema!! Lucky you. Apart, of course, for the person that decided to stink everyone out, in hopes of a private screening perhaps?

I wish I could play along today, but I have been sick all weekend and as a result there is not a single photo on my camera!!

Word verification: smseth… perhaps to send text messages in Shakespeare's time?

  4. Oh my, I can't believe it's been so long since you saw a flick without a little appendage. I often take myself off to a flick by myself as 'time out'. I can't get by without my films.

  5. Ha! I'm so glad I wasn't the only one taking photos inside the movie theatre (for blogging purposes, of course!). Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it…

    🙂 xxLou

  6. I saw SATC#2 last Thurs and wrote a blog post on it because it had a real affect on me because it dealt with issues that I'm dealing with at the minute….great film
