This time of year is crazy, isn’t it? Hubby and I were just saying that we seem to jam-pack our weekends so full lately {well full for us home-loving-bodies}. The past few Saturdays have been filled to the brim with early mornings and busy days, and this Saturday just gone was no exception.
We headed off early to Wildlife World at Darling Harbour {I won’t go into too much detail as we were doing something a little bit special, but I’ll tell you more about it later in a week or so}. Lacey was a little out of sorts, but Wildlife World is probably {in my opinion} for the older child. It’s a little bit dark and eerie, and overwhelmed her a little.
We had dinner at our favourite sushi place. Lacey is crazy about salmon sushi and just gobbled up so much. So much, that a man sitting nearby couldn’t believe how sophisticated her tastes are, and how much she was enjoying it. Seriously… if we ask her what she wants to do, her response is always: sushi! {and sometimes sandcastles}.
Well… unfortunately it was sushi revisited at 9pm-ish on Saturday night, with Lacey vomiting all over my neck, shoulder, front… ick. You don’t need to hear anymore about that.
