ood morning to you, my friends. Was that the weekend I saw just whizz past my very own eyes? Was it? I blinked, and I missed it. Seriously.
And now it’s Monday again, here, as if the weekend never happened.
Hubby celebrated {oh, how that seems like an understatement} his work Christmas party on Saturday, so on Sunday morning Miss Lacey and I let him sleep it off by heading to the park. The park was empty. We pulled up and for a moment I thought it must be getting fumigated or something, because it’s the most popular park in Sydney and there wasn’t one single soul there. I rejoiced and then let Lacey play.
Lacey’s not very big on independent play, as much as I try to encourage it. She wants me by her side the whole time. And she’s the biggest fan of the swing that I’ve ever encountered. So my Sunday morning was filled with lots of whheeee, push, whheeee, push and so on, and so forth and then a little more.
