For so long we were limited to cheap leggings that became see-through when we squatted, but now there are so many options for us, it’s fun and exciting to shop for exercise gear, and there have never been more options for plus size activewear in Australia.

• Check their social media. I’ll admit that a pet peeve of mine is when a brand says they cater to plus size, and then when you go to their social media and there isn’t a plus size person in sight.
