Photo A Day: Here’s the challenge list for week 16!

Morning!

Autumn has finally arrived and I am so excited about the cooler weather. I’m far too excited about a change in weather, but I tell you it’s justified. The summers are so humid here, that we all just want to wrap our arms around the new season and never let go. Cooler mornings and nights, and then perfect days… come to mama!

As the seasons change all around the world, it brings new inspiration for photo-taking. Flowers blooming, leaves falling, ice-creams, soups… it’s all changing and I love it. I have a renewed enthusiasm for photo-taking {I took a tech break last week, and it made everything so much better}.

Last week I pulled out a blank piece of paper,  wrote out the list and brainstormed ideas for photos. It was a lot of scribble and dreaming, and while the photos were still spontaneous on the day, it allowed my creativity to flow beforehand. I am going to try it again this week, and encourage you to do the same if you’re feeling a bit stuck.

The list this week is by the beautiful Melanie of Heartland Studio. This is one of my favourites. It’s so my style, and I was thrilled when it was sent through to me. I don’t give the designers any guidance, I just tell them what the prompts are for that week… so it’s always a surprise as to what I’ll receive. This one delighted me! Thanks Melanie.
