Super Easy Mushroom and Feta Gozleme Recipe

Mushroom and Feta Gozleme Recipe

Hello you. On Saturday just gone we arrived back from beautiful Singapore, where were played and ate the days away {so many dumplings!}… so I was so excited to be able to collapse into my own bed again and to cook in my own kitchen.

Is that weird? I miss those homely things when I’m away. I miss my space, my washing machine, my bed and cooking.

What did I make? Well, I whipped up a few white chocolate mudcakes for a friend’s birthday this coming weekend {I froze them in case you’re wondering} and I made the family a late lunch of mushroom and feta gozleme.

I shared a photo on Instagram of our lunch and people asked for the recipe, and also asked, “What’s a gozleme?” I think they’re Turkish, but I know they’re delicious. It’s kinda like a dough filled with cheese and spinach and either mince or a mushroom filling. We opted for mushroom, because I love them, and it’s an easy way to get the kids to eat them.

I know when it comes to making your own dough, a lot of people put it in the too hard basket… but this one isn’t hard. It’s only two ingredients and kinda fun to make with the kids. Lacey did most of the work on this one for me.
