  7. I love my mum from afar now, as she passed 8 years ago. But I still laugh every time I think of her, as she had a wicked sense of humour, and enough self confidence to inspire me daily now I am a grown woman. I love her especially in the moments when I hear her voice coming out of my throat when I yell at my own son!

  8. My mum has a heart so big she has shared it with over 100 foster children in 20 years! I love that my mum has the most unconditional, non-judgemental love anyone could ask for. mwah.. love u mum…

  10. What a great giveaway Chantelle!!!

My Mum passed away 12 years ago but what I loved about her was her ability to cope with whatever life threw at her with a smile and a can do attitude! She was a wonderful woman and I love her to bits!!

  11. I love that my Mum has always been there for me. She is so much more than a Mum. She has been, and will continue to be one of my best friends. Always giving of herself no matter what. I love that despite the obstacles she raised us alone. There are so many things I love about my Mum it is very hard to choose.

Thank you for a great giveaway!!

  12. My mum taught me how to nurture my husband, she consciously always calls my dad positive uplifting encouraging names like gorgeous and handsome and never calls him anything nasty… what a fantastic legacy 🙂

  13. Thank you so much Chantelle and LoveStamp.

My mum: she is only 4 foot, 11 inches, but she is my tower of strength.

  14. I love that my mum can do the splits. And has done so in front of my new boyfriend after a glass of chardy. Seriously!

  15. I love my mum for allowing me the freedom to grow and mature on my own but always being there to hold my hand or wipe a tear away.

I love that I can talk about anything with my mum, absolutely nothing is off limits. Having her support and as a sounding board is very important to me.

  18. Oh what a gorgeous give away! How lucky are we?

My mum. Everyone thinks their mum is the best in the world, but I truly believe my mum tops the list. She makes me laugh, stops everything for a long gossipy chat on the phone, she supports me, she helped me bring my daughter into the world.

I hope I can inspire my daughter as much as my mum inspires me.

  19. You have such wonderful giveaways … Hopefully if I win this my mum might forgive me for volunteering and missing her breakfast

I love my mum for her strength of character in raising 6 kids almost single handed and her compassion that she shows every day when people don't always give it to her.

  20. I love that Chantelle. And I love my mommy. She passed away 6+ years ago now at the age of 47 from breast cancer and I miss her every minute. I love her for her strength, her compassion, her inclusiveness, her from-scratch-without-a-recipe cooking, her sense of adventure, the way she laughed – at herself, as us, at the world… I think the easier question what would have been what DON'T you love about your mommy 😉
    -erin 🙂

  21. my mum is always there, no matter what. most of all she is the best grandma. my girls and my nephews just adore her.

  22. I love that my mum is so strong. And most importantly she has always been there for me no matter what my problems are.
Oh and she has adorable cats. That counts 🙂

  23. What a beautiful giveaway!

What don't I love about my Mum would be a easier question to answer! I love that she's always been there for her kids, she's an awesome Nanna and she always has helpful, useful and realistic advice. Always.

  24. I love this prize!

My Mama is truly remarkable. I know everyone thinks their mum is special but mine really is. She has endured incredible hardship physically and emotionally after suffering significant burns as a small child and abuse at the hands of her husband. Yet her capacity for love, optimism and faith in people is truly inspirational. She is in every way a truly remarkable woman and my equal favourite person in the universe. I'm so lucky to have her.

  25. Kindness. She minds my boy so I can write.
Unconditional. She used to pick me up from the pub in the middle of the night.
Caring. She cleaned my house when my son was born.
Thoughtful – she sends Dad around to mow my lawn
Good Cook – does anyones cooking taste better than Mums?
Reality – I gotta love her, she once wiped my bum!

  26. She is my Mum. She never judges and always supports. She wipes my tears when I cry and cries for my joy. I love her, she is my MUM.

  27. That necklace is DeViNe!

I love that my Mum has been through so much and remains so stong and positive. I love that she is a brilliant seamstress, cook, friend and a great listener. I love that she is my MUM! love you xxx

  28. i love that being around my mum is effortless.

i love that she is only 7 minutes by car or about 20 minutes by bike.

i love that my mum loves me so much that she retired from work as a school principal when i fell pregnant with zac, to support me and to just be there if i need.

i love that my mum will my washing home without me knowing and return it cleaned, ironed and on hangers ready to put away.

most of all i love the way my mum loves my children and how they love her back, unconditionally!

    x

  29. LOVE this. Love it. Have been wanting to get something like this for ages – thanks for the link will be on there if I am a winner or not!

My Mum. What do I love best? I think her constant belief in me my whole life. Making me believe in myself. To be true to myself. Of all the things she has taught me, this is the most important.

    Thanks for the giveaway lady!

  30. I love my Mum for all that she has taught me about life in general and about being a Mum. Although our chosen paths have been very different, she has always supported me and shared her wisdom gently, with compassion and understanding.

  31. She is strong & fiery natured, like a lioness watching over her cubs, even though her cubs are grown & have cubs of their own!
She is their for us in an instance, she makes me laugh, she is goofy, she has the biggest warmest heart. She is the best cook, no one can compare!
I love that when my husband is away for work, we have girly sleep over nights, watch DVDs, drink wine, chat & eat too much chocoalte!
    Why I love my Mum!
What I am today is a product of the time, effort & love she has put into raising me, you only realise this when you have your own cubs & start putting in that time!
I owe everything to her, I love my Mum.
    xx

  32. OMG. I have something on my wishlist from Love stamp for mothers day. I like this one, it is gorgeous. I don't think i will be getting mine.

What do you love about your Mum?

I love that my mum will drop everything for me. Yesterday she arrived to help me when I am in hospital. She will be with me off and on for 6 weeks. Just like she was with Oliver and now both times, she will also be helping us move house just before / after giving birth….again. I don't know what would do without her (or my sisters)

  33. I love that my Mum taught me to always be positive and independant and that life is too short to worry about other peoples opinions of yourself..I love that she moved to the other side of the world and we still talked fortnightly as if she hadn't ever left…I love that she collect Angel & fairy & Wizard statues and has her whole house covered in them and is now packing the house up to move and has not once complained about her excessive amount of magical things as she finds each one a blessing to pack up!
    wite_wickah@yahoo.com

  34. I love that my mum is so generous with her love, time, hands and heart. She will do anything she can to help anyone in need, whether it be a hug, a listening ear, a helping hand to get a job done, or a loving note. She is so much fun to be around, we pick on each other mercilessly and have the best time doing it.

    xx

    annie_taz@hotmail.com

  35. Among other things….

I love that my mum moved her whole life up here to me (8 hours away from where they normally live) for six months, just to be with me and my kids. I'm going to miss her so much when they move back…

And, when she comes over, she automatically does dishes, hangs out washing, picks up after the kids etc. She knows I'll say 'oh I'm fine' if she asks to help, so she just does it anyway. Little things like this mean so much to me!

  36. Goodness, where do I start? I love so much – the one that stands out is her vibrance. After 6 kids she's still got it. So much sunshine! 🙂

  37. I love my mum's influence in my own life as a mother. She was there when the Sproglette was born, and she was there holding the Sproglette when I work up from surgery three weeks later. She was there to show me what to do and when to do it, and she's always been there – either in person or at the other end of Skype (god bless the interwebs!)

  38. I love mum for the type of mother she has made me. Before Hudson, I always said to her I would do things “MY WAY” when I was a mum. Her response was OK, whatever!! It's only now I am doing variations of what she did. I love it…..Every moment of it. I turned out OK, so I know my kids will be fine too. Thanks mum xxoo

  39. oooh I love Lovestamp!! Fingers Crossed I win 🙂

I love my Mum because she is always there for me no questions asked. She is/and has been such a wonderful support with all my choices in life good ones and bad! I <3 my Mum xxx

  40. Beautiful necklace.

My mum shows great determination to continue to live life and make the most of what she has. She had her whole life turned upside down when she was diagnosed in her 30s with a chronic pain condition that took her passion and career away from her. She was a carer for the disabled and this condition meant she was no longer able to do that work. I love that she didn't give up and she still does the things she loves regardless of if it means she will feel it the next day. Her passion now is gardening, and animals. She was always rescuing animals when I was growing up.

I am glad she has so much strength, and that she has been able to find inner strength to stand up for herself and tell people no, and is finally starting to look after herself first. She might not be the hands on grandmother I wished for, but she is always a phone call away if I need some advice or a chat.

I hope I can learn from her and be an even better mother to my children. It has definitely helped me to understand her that little bit better since becoming a mother myself. No matter what I will always love her.

  41. My mum is strong and independent, and raised me to be strong and independent… and I thank her daily for it.

    Linda

  42. My mom always talks about how lucky she is despite any and all hardships. I love her for giving me this positive outlook. I also love that she has guided me to follow my heart and not the prescribed path.

  43. That she always has and continues to do everything in her power to ensure my happiness. Last year when my 3yo and I were both struck down with gastro at the same time, and I called her bawling my eyes out to tell her I was so sick I could hardly look after myself, never mind my boy, she promptly booked herself a flight and an hour later flew from Adelaide to Melbourne just to take care of us. She's awesome.

  44. To me a Mum is a soft place to land, a ear to listen and a hand to hold and gives the kind of unconditional love that only a Mum can give.
And my Mum deserves the title Mum.

  45. I love everything about my mum, because even her occassional nagging is filled with love, and her kisses still make me feel better when I'm hurt or upset – she's the most amazing person I know, and I'm eternally grateful to have someone so beautiful in my life.

    Aly

  46. I love my Mum… she taught me how to look for the best in everyone and to be true to myself. <3

kirsty _ and _ marty@yahoo dot com dot au (without the spaces and with . instead of “dot” of course!)

  47. My mum is amazing because I have not always been the best daughter, I was a terrible teen, and I was not very nice to her a lot of the time, and she stood strong and held her ground, always believing in me, always knowing that I would 'come good' always supporting me. Now that I'm a mum I appreciate her all the more. I'm so lucky to have her in my life.

  48. Sadly, I don't have a relationship with my own mum… but as fate would have it, I married into a family with the best mother-in-law EVER. she is so selfless and loving, the best nanny to her 9 grandchildren and never ever has an unkind word to say to/ about anyone. Love her

  49. The sacrafice's she made so I wouldn't have the childhood she did, her honesty, her unconditional love and support and just how selfless she is for my kiddie's and I, thats what I absolutely love about my mum, xox.

    (ms.wintle@hotmail.com)

  50. I love my Mum just because she is my Mum. I can tell her anything, and she will not judge. She will do absolutely anything to help me if I need her to. I miss her because she lives in another state, and I feel guilty alot because she is missing out on seeing my daughter grow up.

  51. Since becoming a mum myself, I love the fact that I can still go back to my mum's house and be 'mothered' by her. She makes me meals, rings to see how appointments went and we laugh at dad together! She never thinks that I'm too old to need my mum around and she's right xox

  52. i love that my mum's love is unconditional. She would and does drop everything for her family and we are ALWAYS her first priority.
I also love that after having a few miscarriages she was strong and persisted as all she ever wanted to be was a mother.
I love that she has taught me a lot about love, kindness and compassion and I love that I can pass that on to my daughter.

  53. I love that my Mum is always incredibly positive, uplifting and believes in the best in people. Every part of me that is kind and good I owe to her.

Thanks for such a lovely giveaway.

  54. Oooh what a great giveaway, I love lovestamp.

I love that my Mum is unconditional in her love. She would drop everything to come and help me (and she has) if I needed her to.

  55. Gorgeous prize!

I love how selfless my mum is. Honestly, I have never met anybody else who is such a “giver”. If I ever need anything, whether it be a bottle of shampoo from the shops, or just some good ol' fashioned advice, SHE IS THERE with whatever I need. And she is always there even before I ask, which always surprises me. Mother's instinct, I guess! x

  56. Gorgeous necklace. I loved my Mum for so many reasons. She was my best friend and I loved her outrageous sense of humour and beautiful caring nature as so many other people did. Sadly, she passed away 4 months after my first daughter as born. My girls love 'grandma' stories and photos. I try really hard to be a wonderful mum to my girls like she was to me….. it's hard though….. doesn't always happen…. I just wish I could ask her stuff sometimes.

  57. My mum is strong, loving and a ball of energy. She taught me that being a women means you can have it all. And that you need to be a whole person before you can be a couple… if you want it to be a success.

My mum is my hero. Can you feel the love. I adore her.

  58. I love it that mum taught me to be a strong independant person, she believes in equality and womens right to be heard. She praised be so much when I was growing up, it was only in Year 10 I realised I was not 100% perfect.

  59. I love my mum because she's my biggest supporter. She loves me unconditionally but will tell me the hard truth if needed. Gently. She raised us to adulthood with a loving heart and an open mind. She did alot of it on her own. I am who I am today because of her. I love her so. x

  60. My Mum is unbelievably selfless, caring, loving and supportive. She lives to laugh and loves her family and friends. She flew to Sydney to settle my son when he screamed non stop as a newborn and I rang her at 5am in tears. I love her so much.

  61. My mum has Alzeihmers disease, but she always remembers things from my childhood, that i can't even the bad stuff I did, and thats what I love about her.She doesnt hold a grudge.

  62. Mom's the most fun and fabulous lady on the planet. More than anything, though, I'm grateful that she showed me what it means to be a mother. I hear her in my words every day as I parent my little guys.

  63. That she is MY mum…
… that she gave birth to me… and raised me… and cuddled me… and put up with me… and was there when I gave birth to my daughter… and has been such a great help since my partner's been away with the army since I was five months pregnant and won't return till our bub is six months… helping with all the cuddles and late nights and early mornings with my daughter 🙂
And putting up with all the crappy gifts I've given her over the years 🙂

  64. I was fortunate enough to be adopted at birth and to have the beautiful Mother I have. I love how she has made me feel loved, secure, supported, to not see colour/race/class/etc and see people for who they really are, given me strength and an amazing role model to aspire to. And I love her fabulous cooking and recipes she has handed down to me. :)))

  65. This competition is wonderful. Thank you xx

Unlike others that have a great relationship with their Mums I haven't always.
Our relationship has been strained and difficult for the majority of my 40 years of life.
I have been the “Mum” in our relationship and although many things have passed before us,
I still love my Mum with all my heart and soul and will continue to be her “mother” as long as the need is there.
The way I look at it, all of us women are on this earth as some form of mother figure, whether that be to our own children, to our families, to our mothers or to others children we all have some sort of maternal love to give.
So this Mother's Day I want to say Happy Mothers Day to all women, with or without children, you are all amazing, nuturing souls and we should all be celebrated and appreciated.

    Love you Mum xxxxx

  66. Crickey, 80 entries! I'll stick to the phrase you have to be in it to win it. I love being a mum of two gorgeous girls because they make me resilient and remind me not to take myself too seriously. They are non-judgemental, they embrace everything and their presence is like warm sunshine on my face.

  67. I've always wanted a love stamp necklace! My beautiful hubby didn't get an order in-time for Mothers day.

My mum has always put her children first – no matter what. I have only good memories of growing up, because she protected us from the awfulness that this world can bring. I aspire to be like my mum – generous, selfless, and showing love even when it's hard.

    sarahdixon81@hotmail.com

  68. What a beautiful giveaway! I love my beautiful Mum because she is simply… Mum. She is brave, wonderful and thoughful. I love her so much xx

  69. I love my mom because she is strong and brave. She has always put me and my brother first, even at her own expense. Now she is paying for my wedding because I don't have the funds! She is a wonderful, caring person.

  70. I love that my mum just is.
She's always close when I need her, knows when to back off when I don't, and is such a huge part of my daughters lives every single day. I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful, close relationship with her.

  71. I love my mum's strength, determination, selflessness and sense of fun. I love that she has taught me not to settle; to work hard to pursue my dreams; that I can change my circumstances; and to never take anything for granted (especially my husband). I loe that she always seems to know the right answer but never says 'I told you so'. I really love the grandma that she is… I love her patience with my tantrumming 3 year old and her joy when she realised my youngest has 'her eyes'….

    (leah_sims@hotmail.com)

  72. My mum is not only my mum, she is my best friend. Not only has she given me life, she has also given me the best kind of guidence a daughter could ask for. She has taught me the values of life and to live my life to the fullest! I am now a mother myself and I owe it all to her for her advice, strength and guidence. I love you mum xoxox

  73. My mother had a tortured childhood and a tragic adult life and has always always believed that every child deserves a childhood, that their imagination should be explored and encouraged by their parents. Thanks to her I have confidence in myself, confidence in the decisions I make and the knowledge that life is meant to be enjoyed, all aspects of it.

Thanks to my mum I am enjoying leaving the adult world outside and indulging my children by playing in their imaginary worlds, never telling them “that couldn't happen” and encouraging them to dream and to strive to be whatever they want to be.

I judge success by the happiness you generate within the people around you and my mother generates so much happiness that unsurprisingly I would say not only do I love her immensely but I am proud to be the daughter of the most successful person I know.

    (leigh_jessica@bigpond.com)

  75. My mum is love, she's patient, kind, slow to anger, never boastful or proud, never gives up always hopeful, gentle never rude, heaven sent.

  76. My Mum have lived in different states for nearly 12 years but it's as if we have never been apart. She is my best friend and we speak to each other every day. I know that she will always be there for me through thick and thin and vice-versa. She is rock, my pillar of strength and I love her so much. I just wish we lived closer to each other 🙂

This Mother's Day will actually be the first in 11 years that we will be spending together!!!

    alaia@iprimus.com.au

  77. Her unending strength is such an inspiration. She's just gotten the all clear after being diagnosed with breast cancer last year. All through that time she was still a great support to other ill family members. I don't know where she gets the energy.

This is such a lovely giveaway 🙂

  78. I have always loved the flabby cold bit at the back of my Mum's arms…. It gives me such comfort… Among other things that she is so lovable for!IOI

  80. I love my Mum because she has a strength in her that she doesn't know she has. In her presence and her absence she has taught me so much about life and about motherhood…more than she will probably ever know. Happy Mother's Day Mum X

  81. I love my Mum's wicked, crazy imagination. Watching her playing with my son is one of the memories I hope to carry with me for the rest of my life.

  82. thanks for the chance to receive this gorgeous necklace…

what i love about my mum is that she is a woman of very few words, always has her sleeves rolled up to do my ironing and most of love will always do anything (within reason) for my kids…happy mothers day mum xxx

  83. I love that my mum did the best she could to be the best kind of mother that she could be. She raised us as a single mother and worked hard to provide for us but always made sure we were happy and felt loved.
    jandmegan@bigpond.com

  84. Ooh what a beautiful necklace.

I love that my mother is a selfless woman who gives her whole into everything she does. She has taught me to be a strong person that no matter the difficulty or disability that you can overcome anything with perserverance. My mum has helped me grow and prosper into the person I am today. She lends an ear when needed and sometimes an opinion or two. She is willing to give up time to help no matter the occasion or plans. She makes me laugh so hard I cry. Is always willing for a huge hug just because.

  85. My mum always has time for me, no matter how tired, busy, cranky, etc she is. If I feel like I'm going to explode if I don't talk to someone mum's always there for me no matter what.

  86. I love that my mum is MY mum (and my sister's too!) – she does everything you hope your mum would do and more! And she ALWAYS lets me have the last glass of champagne in the bottle 😉

  87. I love that my mum who had never written anything before wrote me a song called 'my daughter' she said that it was my song and that it talks of her love for me and how she hopes and dreams that I will have the confidence to love myself first and always.

    shankedwell@hotmail.com

  88. Hmm, my entry isn't here. I knew I wasn't as clever as i thought. Will remember to hit 'copy' this time though … just in case.
    .
What I love about my mum …. is in stark contrast to all of these lovely thoughts and sentiments that others have. My mum didn't come to watch me at ballet, she didn't show me how to garden, she didn't teach me how to cook or iron and clearly didn't give me much to go on about being a mother myself. And now I as I struggle through a very difficult separation she isn't here to hold my hand, hug me and say 'there, there' as I learn to be a single mum. But I didn't expect it either knowing there has never been one of those 'special' bonds and the fact she lives on the other side of this country.
All this aside, there are some things that I cannot deny. If it weren't for her I wouldn't exist. I was brought into this world out of love and it is love she has always given me – her love. And for this I love her. She is my mum and no one else could ever be that person. It is reason enough for me.
    Happy Mothers Day Mum. xx

  89. I love my mother more than life itself..

    I love her strength
    I love her courage
    I love her ambition
    I love her love

It simply amazes me how one woman can carry four children on her back ontop of her own troubles.. stands tall and walks foward.
without her I wouldn't be who I am today

    Love you mum!

  90. I love that my mum is still here after 6 years battling Mesothelima (asbestos cancer) and enjoying her two (any only)precious grnadchildren.

She has a huge battle on her hands and is weak on morphine but she has courage and an inner strength.

    x

  91. It is my mum's birthday on Mother's day so she misses out on double pampering! She has never ever complained either (I would!)

  92. I love my Mum because she taugfht me to cook…. You now see a picture of us in the kitchen right? WRONG! She taught me to cook as she is TERRIBLE! I vowed to never serve my 3 children 3 different meals! Eggs, snags and beef casserole! Thanks Mum… see you for Dinner on Sunday! My house of course x

  93. What a lovely prize.

I love my mum because she is always there for me, through the bad times and good times. She is a great nan who loves my child dearly. I strive to be as good a mum is she is to me.

Not sure about my e-mail so- mordygordy@yahoo.com

  94. I love my mother because she taught me to knit, to make beautiful doll dresses with the ancient sewing machine, then the dresses turned to dresses for school plays and then graduation. No arts or crafts school will ever beat the teachings of my mother.

The other thing I am so thankful for and love her for is love for photography. She used to enjoy my company in her little dark room, setting up the lighting, draining the shoots, hanging them on a string. I miss those days.

  95. That my mum survived a terrible accident that drs thought she would never ever be able to live after due to missing most of her stomach and that she just lives life with even more passion because of it. Despite pain and difficulties.

I am so lucky to have her <3

  96. my mum is number 1,she is a friend,a sister,a mother,a nan and would do anything for one in need

  97. My Mum died when I was only fourteen, but in the years that I had with her, she taught me so much!
She was always there to give me a cuddle, she pushed me to do the best that I could. She built a loving family and she had an unfailing faith that I would succeed in life. For all of these things, I love her with all my heart! There is not a day that I don't think of her. Now that I am a Mum myself, I sometimes find myself thinking “what would Mum do?”

  98. My Mum is becoming more and more of a companion and friend day by day. It's amazing how our relationship can keep growing.

  99. I never really appreciated how much my Mum did for me until I became a Mum myself. I find that we are closer now than we ever were and I can always turn to her for advice – she is always there for my family and no matter how old I get, I'll always need and love my Mum!

  100. Beautiful Necklace…..

My 7 yr old has asked me to write this in for him as he said he has not enough pocket money to buy me this and would love to win this for mummy….. He loves his mum because she takes him to sport and let's him watch cartoon when he's not ment too, she gives the biggest hugs, she helps out at school and she is a cool mummy to have…..

  101. That my mum provided love and support and guidance while letting me have the freedom I needed to learn about the world my way.

She is still there to catch me when I need it. I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful mum (oh and I have a beautiful MIL as well! lucky me!).

  102. I love the fact that my Mum would and does absolutely anything for us. She is the mother of 5 and she has sacrificed so much to raise us, there is no way I will ever be able to fully show her how much I've appreciated it and make it up to her somehow. She has basically given up her own life for us and never complains about it, or having no 'me' time, she just continues to do everything she can and offer anything we need, whether it be finanacial or emaotional support, she is always there.

  103. My mum is inspirational. She raised 3 of us, sometimes on $30 a week for food, while working full time. She Never once told us to be something we are not, and supported us even when our endeavors were crazy. She's a wonderful nanna, sister, mother and friend. I'll be lucky if I've even got half of her gumption. I love my mum.

  104. What do I love about my mum? Her complete, unconditional love for myself, my sisters and our kids.
What a gorgeous necklace. Thanks for yet another great give away.

  105. I love that my mum would do absolutely anything for me. She always given me and my sister everything we need (not to say we were spoiled- we didnt get everything we wanted haha). She's supportive and caring and just an all round amazing women!

    xx

  106. She can heal with a smile and smooth with her eyes, and she can never despise any white lies
She always reveals what wants you to see, she delights like a child but she's always a mother to me!

  107. I love the strength my mum showed when my father cheated on her and the other woman fell pregnant and he left me and my mum. She taught me that no matter how hard you fall you can always find a way to get back up. And she has never been better. Financially, emotionally and spiritually.

  108. The thing I love most about my mum is that she married my dad….so I ended up with dum and mad and the craziest, happiest family you could imagine.

  109. I love that my mum is battling her own issues , but drops everything to be with us in our times of need. We are very very blessed.

  110. I love being a Mother for simply and totally smooshy reasons that I love the waking up to giggles in the morning and smile throughout the day and the all encompassing hug where they put their head down on your shoulder, oh they are the best!

  111. I love that my mum is always there for me, just a phone call away.

She dropped everything to be with me when in hospital for two weeks before my first was born (30 weeks) She slept in her car more than once so that I knew she was close by.

She is just amazing, because she was there by my side when my second child made an early entrance too (34 weeks)

    I love you mum xx

  112. I love everything about my mum but at the moment, what I love most of all is that she loves my son to bits and it shows every day. It's so special to see her in this new way and I love seeing her relish every moment with him!

  113. Wow, I've been lusting after the lovestamp pieces for some time now. My mother was unwell and knew that she would only be in my life for a short time. I love that in the few short years we had together that she made me feel so special and that she took the time to teach me her values and morals.

  114. That no matter what we (her children) have done in our lives, she still loves us and is there for us and our own children, always.

  115. I love my mum for everything she has been through to be where she is today. My mum had a terrible childhood filled with physical/emotional abuse and alcoholism. Destipe how difficult and awful this was for her at the time, these experiences also taught her “what not to do”, making her our biggest cheerleader, role model and now that we are older, friend.

  116. My mum has an amazing ability to suck things up and get on with it. I like to think I got that from her.

This is such an awesome and generous prize.

  117. Loving the Love Stamp! STUNNING!

What I love most about my Mum is her patience. Since becoming a Mother myself I truly appreciate this virtue. To be patient, to listen and always be there are qualities in my Mother I hope my children can recognise in me in future years. Love you Mum.

  118. You have some amazing giveaways for us all. Thank you so much!

My mum – she isn't a mumsy mum. No make up. Never worn high heels – she lives in her joggers. She is slightly eccentric, and a little selfish. But she has more energy than she can handle, more fire in her belly than my dad can handle. She is younger in mind, body and soul than I ever will be. And she has taught me that age and illness need not be a barrier. I love her bigger than the sky.

  119. When only 2 years old, my mum became orphaned and missed out on being loved. But her love for us and our children is overwhelming and never-ending!

    Effie (ebakkalis@bigpond.com)

  120. My mum is my best friend, my sounding board and my rock. She is always there for me, my family and my siblings. She has taught me how to love and be loved, but most importantly she has taught me to be the mother and to realise that being a mother is the greatest gift of all.

  121. I love everything about my Mum – even the stuff that drives me mental…. I can't imagine not having her around!

  122. I love that to my mum the constant why?'s that were thrown at her during our childhood were not met with eventual annoyance but as a way of looking at the world through our eyes and giving us the answers that would make the world seem more wonderful and fantastic than it already seemed. As a mother of a 5 year old boy I believe this should set her up in the realm of sainthood. I don't know how she did it but I thank my lucky stars that she did.

  123. What I love most about my mum is what she has taught me, how to be a good mum, how to find inner strength in the face of adversity, how to laugh when all everything is chaotic and messy and crazy. I love that in everything I do and am, there is a big piece of mum in me x

  124. I love that my mum is always ready to jump in and lend a hand when people are in crisis. I also love that she can feed a crowd, at a drop of a hat, and make a feast ot of nothing.

  125. Not only is my mum my gorgeous and loving of her own 3 children she is also a wonderful caring foster mum to countless kids who realy need someone in their lives for stability and to rely on. She has opened her home and most important her heart to us and these fids in need.

  126. A solo mum raising children? Plenty of those.
But no dramas here, skeletons to disclose.
    We’ve grown, succeeded. She’s instrumental…
    Mum’s irreplaceable. Fundamental!!

  127. At 14 I was kicked out of school.
At 17 I crashed her car.
    At 18 I fell pregnant.
When I gave birth, with mum holding my hand, I finally realised.
I realised how special and amazing it is to be mother, and to have a mother.
She never judged me, just guided me and hugged me.
I don't know what I'd do without you.
    So thankyou Mum.
Thankyou more than words can say. xo

  128. This is a beautiful giveaway.

I love my Mum because she supports me and never judges no matter what the situation. As a Mother myself I realise that has got to be the hardest thing to do. To stand back and let your children, no matter their age, make their own decisions, their own mistakes, and learn their own lessons. Even though its got to hurt, to say nothing, not interfere, not give unsolicited advice and to just be there to help them pick up the pieces when life goes pear shaped is one tough assignment. I realised from my mother, when I became a mother, that this is what makes children resilient in life. Being made to stand on our own two feet but with someone there to catch us when we fall. I love and respect my mother and I realised just how much from writing this.

    Thanks for the reminder!!

  129. wow.. what can i say.. my mum is amazing.. when i was growing up, my father had bi polar disorder, we fell on hard times.. us kids knew she wasn't happy.. i mean my father was slowly losing his sanity.. and she was keeping the house together the whole time just for me and my older sister.. It wasn't easy for her, losing my younger brother Mathew.. she still crys that date even tho it was many years ago. She is not only the best mother i could dream of. But the most wonderful woman i have ever met.

  130. My mum supports me in everything I do. She's always there to give me a cuddle when i'm down. She's the best mum I could have asked for!

  131. No matter what hair brained scheme or idea I come to her with excitedly, she is always willing to listen and agree! lol what patience she has … what love!

  132. My Mum is my confidant, my inspiration, my hero, my best friend, my saviour I would be lost without her and her love. However sometimes she does nag… but being a Mum myself now I realise that is a Mothers right! Love you Mum x

  133. My mum like so many others is great because she always gives us unconditional love, no matter what horrible or stupid things we may do. And she is always selfless as well, she takes from her plate to put on ours! i love you mum!

  134. I love that my mum has always looked after me, even when I have stuffed up in my own life, she still takes care of me.

  135. her smiles and hugs brighten my day,
she walks beside me sharing my dreams,
    Her love is unquestionable
She's my greatest friend of all.

  136. Although I dont have a conventional relationship with my mother it has taught me to be strong, stand up for what I believe in, to do what I think is right and follow my heart. My mother has always said to me to make my own mistakes and learn from them and I have. I would not be the person I am without her.

  137. I only realised when I had my own daughter how special my mum really was. Little things that she did are now traditions in my home. Birthdays are always extra special. Being woken up with the whole family singing “Happy Birthday” and tea, cake and presents first thing in the morning is one of my favourite traditions. Thanks, Mum, I love you so much!

  138. I know i love my mum but didn't realise how much she is my friend, counsellor, therapist, shoulder to cry on, baby whisperer. Mum and dad flew out on a month long holiday 2 days ago – I keep going to pick up the phone to talk to her (like i do millions of times a day)and she's not there!!!! How am i going to survive a month!

  139. I love my Mum for her unconditional and never ending love for all 3 of her kids. To be honest I really only appreciated her after I had my first kid.

  140. I love that my mum & I share an extra special mother-daughter bond –
my Mum & I share a birthday too. I love that all our special birthdays
will be shared together – I was born on my Mum’s 30th Birthday.
