  1. Hi Telle – I am a reader of your blog but I don't comment much. I just thought you may like to know that I have re-joined Weight Watchers starting today. I lost around 15kgs on the program before but over about 2 years have put it all back on 🙁 So I am back on the wagon as of today and am ready for a new, skinnier me! Just in time for sexy summer clothes!!

  2. Operation Fat Mum Slim NOT at all successful this week. Had two meetings to go to, complete with pizza for dinner and then a wedding with the most glorious buffet and the world's tastiest cake. I feel a bit icky as a result. School starts on Tuesday and I am fully planning to eat all healthy, all the time. Taking the boys grocery shopping tomorrow and plan to fill the fridge with fruit, veg and high-fibre foods. Wish me luck!

  3. Love the new look Fat Mum Slim. Can you really ever have too much pink and yellow?
Checking in: let's just say I've learnt my lesson and today is the start of a new week for me. No more sneaking, no more excuses. Somehow I've managed to stay the same weight!
    Goals for this week:
    – no chocolate under ANY circumatances
    – stretch my body to try and get rid of all the aches and pains
    – drink water instead of eating snacks

  4. Hi Chantelle! wow you have made my day! I am SO happy to have won, thankyou! I have been up since 3am with my little girl (she has been waking up wanting to play at that time of night lately) and I am on massive sleep deprivation so this has made me feel great! I will email you my details.
Operation Fat Mum slim is going well – 2 times X training classes this week. BUT I ate a whole box of roses chocs over the weekend!!!! Any tips for stopping the choc cravings? Everytime I exercise a lot then I want to eat back the calories! BAD

@Jessica: I think you're right. There could never be too much pink and yellow. 🙂

@Hayley: Don't forget to email me. 🙂 Chromium will help with the cravings. 🙂
