I have about 5 photos from my childhood, and no video at all, so I’m going overboard with Lacey and making sure she has more than enough. Each birthday I’ve been putting together a video of the year for her to look back on. She’s always loved watching them, and can’t believe that the wee little baby was her.

What a wonderful idea! I started writing a letter each year to each of our children, telling them what happend that year and what I remembered about them in particular, but I didn't see it through, I ended up summarizing 😉 and then quit all together :-(. I may start again if I have the discipline ;-). Have a great day – maks :-).
P.S. The letters are handwritten, I thought this would make it more personal 😉

I love how you've documented Lacey's childhood so perfectly, through these movies and the beautiful letters you write to her. You've definitely inspired me to do the same with my kids when they eventually come along.
