Goals.

I really want to have a significant loss next Saturday. I’d love to hit the 5kg loss mark (about 10lb). That means I have to lose about 1.7kg. That’s doable. I’m aiming high, but it’s achievable.

My three goals for the week are:

* Drink 2L of water daily
* Keep a diary of what I eat
* Walk 3 times

What are your goals (diet or just life) for this week?

    1. drink 3 litres of h2O a day
    2. go to bed before 9pm every night!!!
    3. exercise daily.

    My goals are pretty humble this week but I was just planning them so may as well share 🙂

    I want to get the blinds cleaned in the spare room, clean out the kitchen cupboards, mulch the gardens and finish a retaining wall.. hmm can you tell I am a boring stay-at-home mum 😉

  3. This week my goals are to exercise at LEAST 30 min every day, eat appropriate sized meals every time I eat, and make good choices in the foods I choose to consume. Also not to shop for comfort things..tee hee hee (I’ve done a little too much of this lately)
