I really want to have a significant loss next Saturday. I’d love to hit the 5kg loss mark (about 10lb). That means I have to lose about 1.7kg. That’s doable. I’m aiming high, but it’s achievable.
My three goals for the week are:
* Drink 2L of water daily
* Keep a diary of what I eat
* Walk 3 times

2. go to bed before 9pm every night!!!

My goals are pretty humble this week but I was just planning them so may as well share 🙂
I want to get the blinds cleaned in the spare room, clean out the kitchen cupboards, mulch the gardens and finish a retaining wall.. hmm can you tell I am a boring stay-at-home mum 😉

Mine this week is to sort out the pantry and my clothing.
This week my goals are to exercise at LEAST 30 min every day, eat appropriate sized meals every time I eat, and make good choices in the foods I choose to consume. Also not to shop for comfort things..tee hee hee (I’ve done a little too much of this lately)
