  1. Love your little spoons. My husband has been so understanding. I stenciled a garden scene down the hallway in our new house, I make garden totems (pinterest) out of crystal candlesticks and dishes, I mosaic anything that sits still. I have a room in our house dedicated to my crafting and a storage room downstairs full of things to mosaic with and cover. My brain is always creating.

  2. These are really cute and much better than the dots of nailpolish to indicate what workstation the spoons come from in the school Home economics kitchens around the country!

  3. Pretty creations and I definitely don’t see this as weird. Being a scrapbooker, I enjoy finding ways to spruce up my wooden spoons or ladles. Can double-up as a great kitchen deco, too.

  4. LOVE these!!!! And, yes, I’m constantly taking photos of weird things and cooking weird things for my little blog 🙂

  5. they look totally cute AND cool!

  6. LOL. After six or so years of me blogging Hubby is totally used to me doing, cooking and taking photos of weird stuff. Now he (and the kids) point stuff out and tell me to take a photo and blog about it. Gotta love that 🙂

  7. loove the spoons!! i’ve actually been thinking about paint dipping the legs of an old bentwood chair i have… i might do that this weekend then!!

  8. This is such a cute idea Chantelle! We did something similar but b/c we are asian and we use chopsticks at home a lot…we decided to decorate all our chopsticks at home like this (how2home.wordpress.com/2012/07/31/how-to-decorate-chopsticks/) and also our flatware as well (how2home.wordpress.com/2012/07/27/how-to-ombre-flatware/).

  9. I don’t have a blog (yet) but I do paint spoons and other stuff like that! My husband is understanding and sometimes helps me out with things! Love how your spoons turned out!
