Me? I got up at 5am this morning and went for a 50 minute brisk walk. It was already hot {24 degrees celcius to be precise} before the sun was even up.

I am going to the gym tonight, I still cannot fathom waking up any earlier then 8am….!
i done a slow 30 minute walk today around lunch time.
might do some wii fit in a little while if i feel up to it xx

5am! That's awesome. I couldn't sleep so went for a swim at 5.30. Then did some more yoga this afternoon. (I did have a nap inbetween…)
I'm about to do my evening hour on the treadmill. Burns off dinner & i do spelling lists for my 4 children from there, plus check maths homework (inbetween running spurts) & kills 5 birds with one piece of gym equipment. Nothing like EARNING your shower!! It's hot & steamy here in Canberra. Love Posie

I am embarraced to admit my hubby bought me a wii, so I gave the 'biggest loser' game a whirl today… it does feel vaguely disturbing getting my workout in my own living room holding a white control in my hand though! Still, I managed to work up a sweat!
Awesome effort! I walked around a shopping centre for 40 minutes today. I'm afraid that was my only exercise despite me also getting up at 5am. Grrr!
Well done on getting up at 5am to exercise! Unfortunately I am not nearly as motivated. Can I blame my lack of exercise on the heat we are experiencing in Melbourne lately? It has seriously been SO hot, zapping all my energy. I'm eagerly awaiting cooler days to enjoy a brisk walk. For now I'm just being plain lazy!!

50 min walk…HA! It will take me 50 min to shovel the snow off my porch and we are getting 10-20 inches more tonight and Wednesday!! But..hey, shoveling is a workout…right???
