can be so fickle at times. I picked my current hairdresser because I drove past one night and liked the wallpaper. Hows that for obscure? You do good wallpaper, so I’m sure you do good hair. Ah well. I think the girl in the wallpaper looks like Katy Perry. Sometimes.

I've been seeing the same hairdresser for 2 years now and she's fantastic and doesn't expect me to mortgage the house just to pay for her services.
I was actually recommended to her. I think recommendations especially with something so personal as getting your hair done is important. I'm not sure i'd trust someone that I picked out of a phonebook unless I knew their work.
In saying that I agree great wallpaper must mean great hair 😛

I found a good hairdresser once – then he moved to Russia. Now I do my own hair. I just cut about 6 inches off it and got some nice comments today so I think I'm doing ok. But I don't have awesome wallpaper. Last time I went to a proper one was for my wedding colour.
My hairdresser came to me because I watched her competently cut my client's hair for two years. I have had the best hairdressers go bonkers cutting and leave me with something they liked and I didn't!
I've been with my hairdresser for 3 years and I've followed her from a hairdressing salon, to her own one man show business.
I found her via an online recommendation. Personal recommendations are worth their weight in gold!

well I've been seeing my hairdresser since just after I was married and my old one went travelling. So that would be 6 years this year – I cheated on her twice and the second time was a disaster so I'm back with my expensive hairdresser but at least I know she does an awesome job (eventhough it's so expensive). I feel I learnt my lesson for changing!
my hubby has his haircut by her hubby as they own the salon!

My cousin does my hair. she started as an apprentice at 15 adn we've been together ever since. And she does good hair.
Otherwise, the wallpaper plan seems as good as any.

Funny you mention this now because I've been meaning to get my hair done soon but didn't want to continue seeing the lady who does my hair at her house. I miss the salon I went to before and am thinking about going there again. I love how upbeat it is and they always do a fabulous job!
