Easy Choc-Chip Cookies Recipe

Easy Choc-Chip Cookies Recipe

Right now, I know there’s one Aussie reading this saying they’re not easy choc-chip COOKIES, They’re BISCUITS, THEY’RE BISCUITS. I know. But I’ve gone to the dark side and called them cookies. At home we call them cookies AND biscuits. It’s how we roll. Don’t hate me.

Now onto the cookies/biscuits. I change cookie recipes like I change my underwear, I like to mix it up and try new things. I cleaned out my pantry recently and I had a plethora of condensed milk. Like, seriously, how much condensed milk does one family need?

So it was time to create cookies. Biscuits. Cookies. Whatever. They’re choc-chip and they’re good. I used this recipe, but added some vanilla and used milk chocolate instead of dark. I also made them in the Thermomix.

  1. Yum!!! We’ve been making lots of treats for school lunches lately and every single time I say ‘cookies’ I give myself a mental talking to….but I just keep saying it! Aarrhhh!

  2. I feel like I’m missing out. Ive never bought condensed milk OR tasted it straight from the tin. Im sure I’ve had it in other peoples cooking but otherwise nada!

    • You haven’t lived until you’ve eaten condensed milk. Word of advice, do not eat straight from a tube whilst driving, it tends to get a bit messy 😉

  3. Cookies for sure! These look delish, I never thought about making my cookies with condensed milk. I recently made avocado ice cream with condensed milk…YUMM. These cookies are definitely on the baking list. x

  4. Thank you so much for this recipe, I have literally made it every week since school went back, with m&ms, and choc chips. My kids, and husband, love them…..the leftover condensed milk may, or may not survive in the fridge 🙂 These really are so easy and delicious.
